Today's workplace is made up of traditionalists, baby boomers, Gen X, millennials and Gen Z. Not only do these generations manage differently, but they also look at employee benefits differently. According to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s 2023 Federal Employee Benefits Survey report, 94% of millennial and Gen Z respondents said Federal Employee Health Benefits were either important or extremely important to them, compared with only 84% of baby boomers and older generations.
