Join us for this hardhat tour—you won't want to miss it! The East Campus Parallels Renovation project is a residential renewal project to upgrade Buildings 62 and 64. This project involves enhancing student living spaces by upgrading and replacing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. To preserve the historic architectural character of the buildings, façade restorations were carried out using existing materials.

This renovation includes a partial seismic structural upgrade, along with the replacement of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to bring the buildings up to current codes.
