Salix v. Norwish -> When patent claims to "polymorphs" can be obvious under §103. I posted my review on Organic Patents®. SCHRÖDINGER’S POLYMORPH: WHEN A CRYSTALLINE FORM CLAIM IS OBVIOUS AND INVALID Pardon my quantum physics analogy.:-)It's generous at best. Physical chemistry class was awesmome. But calculous was my rate-limiting step. I used quotes on the word "polymorph" because a single crystaline form is not a "poly-" anything. But that's the terms that has stuck around. I prefer using "solid form" in my draft claims instead of polymorph form. https://lnkd.in/ekpvdWre
