The PEC-30-10M20-SFF from Quantic PMI (Planar Monolithics) is a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 0.01 to 20 GHz that provides 26 dB of gain with a noise figure of <4.5 dB and has an output P1dB of 13.5 dBm. Requires a DC supply from 12 to 15 V and consumes less than 120 mA of current. Available in a module with SMA connectors or in a surface mount package. Model ISO-618-10-SFF is a 6 to 18 GHz coaxial isolator with an insertion loss of 1.5 dB maximum; isolation of 10 dB; forward power of 60 W / reverse power of 10 W and a VSWR of 1.9:1. This BPF has a loss ripple of 0.5 dB and phase linearity of <+/- 6º. The P2T-12G18G-45-R-SFF-10W from Quantic PMI (Planar Monolithics) is a Reflective SPDT Switch that operates from 12 to 18 GHz with a switching speed of 60 ns, an insertion loss of 1.5 dB, and provides an isolation of >45 dB. The switch has a rise/fall time of less than 20 ns and a delay On/Off time of <50 ns. Can handle an input CW power of 10 W and 30 W peak (pulse) with a maximum pulse width of 1 µs and maximum PRF of 2 MHz. The switch is controlled by two independent TTL control lines and operates at +15 V, 75 mA and -15 V, 5 mA typically.
