Qualifications: • Degree in or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Management or a related field. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team-oriented environment. • Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
