One of the most easily forgotten resources in your job search is..... 🥁Drum roll, please🥁 YOUR PROFILE!! While searching for candidates, recruiters utilize a series of filters to help them narrow down their search. Having a completed LinkedIn profile can increase your chances of being seen in those searches. Include: Keywords relevant to your experience - think skills! Your degree and certifications Update the dates for each role (this shows the recruiter you're active on LinkedIn) Make sure your job title is fairly common (If you have a unique title, don't be afraid to change it slightly) Have an About section!!
