That’s why we invited Peter Ivantsov, CEO of Global Capital Group, to shed some light on when you really need to pay attention to IP, how it looks on paper versus in reality, and we've put together a handy summary of key insights for you 👇🏻

We had a great chat with Kostya Gorsky, co-founder of hirehire.ai, on our latest podcast episode 🔥 Kostya's got a really interesting story. He was working a successful corporate career, but he felt the pull to create something of his own. He moved to Ireland 🇮🇪 and jumped into the startup world with the EdTech company Pivot, and now he's building hirehire.ai, an AI co-pilot for recruiters. Beyond hirehire.ai, he runs the Kostya Gorsky's Channel on Telegram, manages the recruitment agency hirehire.me, and is part of the R-Founders Generative AI Startups group – he's busy! We talked about the best ways to use AI, and why AI will never replace the human connection. We also explored the business environment in Ireland and how a product and agency in the same field can work together really well. 🌟 Here are a few highlights from our conversation: → We talked about his experience with Intercom, his initial impression of Dublin, and the country's thriving IT scene. → We explored the differences between the corporate cultures of Yandex and Intercom, although things might have changed since his time there. → Kostya's passion for people and his desire to make a real impact led him to leave his corporate job and dive into the startup world. → Key lessons learned from Pivot, including the impact of product pivots and market changes. → The decision to bring AI models to the recruitment space, who their current clients are, and their plans for scaling the product. → The potential for AI hallucinations to affect users and emphasized that AI is a tool, a co-pilot, and a helper, not a replacement for humans. → How the recruitment agency provides a solid foundation and support for the product. → How his Telegram channel started in 2017 and has grown organically, evolving its focus over time. → How communities and development programs can help people understand their internal processes and how exciting and valuable this is. ⏬ LISTEN TO THE EPISODE NOW! ⏬

We recently had the pleasure of chatting with Oleg Bibergan, co-founder and managing partner of s16vc: Portfolio News & Jobs, on our podcast. Oleg's story is incredible – he went from studying at Harvard in the early 2000s and working in consulting to building one of the coolest Russian-speaking entrepreneurial communities, Shmit16. Shmit16 grew organically, with amazing founders bringing in other amazing founders. It was all about building a supportive and collaborative environment. Today, those deep connections between entrepreneurs are the foundation of the s16 VC community. It's not just about investments – it's about mutual support, trust, and a shared sense of community. These are serious players who understand the market and know how to find those unicorn startups 🦄 Oleg shared his insights on global trends, how products can stand out, and where the market is headed in the next 5-10 years. Here's a glimpse of what we talked about: • Burning Man is like a bubble where you can experience something truly unique. In your everyday life, you might be a CEO, but at Burning Man, you could be peeling potatoes for 80 people! • The origins of Shmit16, how it started as informal gatherings in an apartment, with guests sleeping on the couch, and grew into an angel investment group and eventually a VC fund that prioritizes relationships and supporting founders. • How s16 VC is built on decentralized networks, where the best friends bring in their best friends, and the investment committee is made up of people who truly understand the challenges of building a business. • Oleg shared his strategic approach to finding those unicorn companies. • We discussed what happens when the SaaS model breaks, and what new models are emerging. • We explored the impact of AI-powered tools and how brands and momentum play a crucial role. We also talked about why uncertainty in the market can actually be good for profitability. • We discussed the importance of "drip-drip-dripping" good news about your company, getting the word out everywhere. • We discussed the shift towards smaller, more efficient companies, and the tightening criteria for VC funding. • We answered listener questions about hot topics, including crypto investing and the future of work. • We discussed navigating the path of mindfulness and the value of "gentle leadership." 👇 LISTEN TO THE EPISODE NOW! 👇 @rfoundersgoglobal

"Every founder should experience the world of venture capital – it's a real eye-opener to see how this system fuels startups." We had a wonderful conversation with Natalia Shagarina, a member of the R-Founders Mobile Apps group. Natalia is the driving force behind the "Edadeal" app, which has over 10 million monthly active users (MAU) and was sold to Yandex in 2018. After relocating to London 🇬🇧 with her family and taking a well-deserved break, Natalia decided to dive into the venture capital space. This exploration led her to create Aurora First, a family-friendly AI assistant that helps users stay organized and develop positive habits. Picture this: Aurora can remind you to start sewing that school uniform, help plan a birthday party based on your child's favorite things, and even kickstart your day! As a mother of three boys, a savvy businesswoman, and an inspiring role model, Natalia brings so much to the table. That’s why this episode was both insightful and motivating. Here’s a glimpse of what we talked about: → How Natalia's faith in the R-Founders community ignited her entrepreneurial journey. → The contrasting sides of London: the quiet city during the pandemic versus its vibrant current state, drawing in talented individuals. → Natalia's experience with "Edadeal": the high standards she set and the amazing team that supported her. → The emotional rollercoaster after exiting a successful startup: Natalia revealed that it’s not always a joyous celebration, and surprisingly, even a global pandemic like COVID can ease the transition. → The "Entrepreneur in Residence" role: We discussed what this entails, why the fund valued Natalia's experience, and how she managed three years between projects, including the inspiration behind her new venture, Aurora. → Aurora: This AI assistant is designed to navigate life's complexities and the relationships we cherish. → The nuts and bolts of Aurora: We delved into its features, the technology that powers it, initial hypotheses, and the challenges of achieving absolute certainty. → Finding product-market fit: We talked about the daily hurdles of building a product and how Natalia's personal mantra, "Fear is in the eyes, but hands do the work," motivates her, even during those 5 am panic wake-ups. → The strength of partnerships: Natalia shared her thoughts on the advantages of collaborating with someone who brings different experiences and perspectives. → The importance of being your own first user: Natalia stressed the value of being the initial (and most honest) tester of your own product. ___________________________________ ✨ Be sure to check out the Aurora bot on Telegram: https://lnkd.in/dMsEMnig 🎧 Don’t miss the full episode! https://lnkd.in/d-tNdjtv 📌 And follow us on Telegram: https://lnkd.in/dRcqcyCc
