We had a great chat with Kostya Gorsky, co-founder of hirehire.ai, on our latest podcast episode 🔥 Kostya's got a really interesting story. He was working a successful corporate career, but he felt the pull to create something of his own. He moved to Ireland 🇮🇪 and jumped into the startup world with the EdTech company Pivot, and now he's building hirehire.ai, an AI co-pilot for recruiters. Beyond hirehire.ai, he runs the Kostya Gorsky's Channel on Telegram, manages the recruitment agency hirehire.me, and is part of the R-Founders Generative AI Startups group – he's busy! We talked about the best ways to use AI, and why AI will never replace the human connection. We recently had the pleasure of chatting with Oleg Bibergan, co-founder and managing partner of s16vc: Portfolio News & Jobs, on our podcast. Oleg's story is incredible – he went from studying at Harvard in the early 2000s and working in consulting to building one of the coolest Russian-speaking entrepreneurial communities, Shmit16. Shmit16 grew organically, with amazing founders bringing in other amazing founders. It was all about building a supportive and collaborative environment.
