Your support directly contributes to the success of our students, providing them with meaningful opportunities and resources to help them thrive. We are so grateful!

With nearly 300 people in attendance, our Back-to-School Rally was a huge success! RUD students, families, and community members gathered for tasty food, free haircuts, unique vendors, financial literacy resources, bouncy houses, and squash. We also handed out school supplies to ensure students are ready for their first day of school next week! Thank you to our Youth Advisory Council for all of their hard work to make this happen.

School is almost in session❗Head to Racquet Up Detroit this Thursday from 5-7pm, for a Back-to-School Rally. ALL are welcome to join us for food & refreshments, valuable resources, free haircuts, free school supplies, and games. The first 50 people to arrive will receive a food voucher! We are so proud of our Youth Advisory Council for putting together this incredible, inclusive, and welcoming event☀️🍔🍪🎉✏️📚🎉

Summer is in full swing at Racquet Up! Over 70 students are joining us Monday through Friday for an enriching and fun-filled experience. Each week, we dive into new themes such as science, culture, social and emotional learning, art, history, and nutrition, providing a diverse and educational learning environment. Students have also enjoyed field trips to Top Golf and C.J. Barrymore's. We can't wait to see what the final two weeks of camp brings! ☀ ⛳ 🎨 ✏

The 2024 Double Down made history raising over $700,000! Thanks to our incredible team captains, team members, sponsors, and donors for making this happen. Special honors go to Outer Banks, this year's Double Down overall winning team, Post-Haste, a close second in fundraising, and Queens of the Court, second place overall. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Walters Family Foundation for providing a major challenge grant, which significantly bolstered our fundraising efforts and helped us achieve this remarkable success.

Exciting News❗ We've just received a challenge grant towards our Double Down fundraiser. If we can raise $500,000, we'll unlock an additional $100,000 grant from the Walters Family Foundation!
