As a Lead Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our cutting-edge mobile application. Your expertise in mobile technologies, excellent leadership skills, and strong problem-solving abilities will be crucial to the success of our mobile development projects. In this role, you will: - Architect, design, develop and deploy high-quality mobile applications for our iOS platform - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, and user needs, and translate them into technical specifications - Drive the entire mobile development lifecycle, from planning and estimation to implementation, testing, and release - Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainable codebase - Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our mobile development processes - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to ensure the stability and performance of mobile applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and QA testers, to ensure seamless integration and smooth operation of mobile applications - Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing coding standards, code reviews, and sharing knowledge through documentation and training sessions.
