Last week we had the honor of attending the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Seattle University HAWK Athletic Performance Center! A fun summer project for a long time client, Seattle University. The space was blessed by the priest and the Wright family had the honor of cutting the ribbon. Go Redhawks!

A big congratulations to our very own Eddie Gammon! Eddie recently completed HDC's Housing Development Internship Program while finishing up his B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Washington. Throwback Thursday 🗣 Today we are taking a look back at our 2004 project, The Camlin Hotel! The project was a structural and architectural renovation of this famous Seattle landmark hotel including major seismic reinforcements, restoring masonry and plaster on the exterior, and restoring the historic 1926 lobby to its former glory.
