A candidate we trained for BA, got a full-time job at Amazon. We recently had a candidate referred to us. Through her profile review, we advised her to pursue a BA training and we partnered her with a good trainer. She completed her training, and when we were gearing up for the next steps to help her to get placed, She dropped an email to our team, saying she got a full-time job at Amazon. And while no, we didn’t make a dime from this. But still, I told my team to wish her good luck and to let her know we’re here for her if she needs anything/ Bcoz she'll be on an OPT on a student visa. It won’t be all smooth sailing. Many big companies toss around promises like confetti, especially when it comes to employee support. We don’t help for immediate returns. We help because, in this ecosystem, it’s all about the long game. When you support people, they want to support you back. Over the past 7 years, At Raks Group LLC, we’ve seen it time and time again— 1/ Many returned when they got laid off from big companies, bcoz we already have evaluated skills so it saves them from being out of status and job. 2/ Also candidates who’ve moved on to full-time roles often refer new talent our way when they feel meaningful with us; When they’re happy, we’re happy.
