Construction at the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Bettendorf is progressing towards a spring 2025 opening! Ramaker is working with Frontier Hospitality Group on architectural and interior design as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering for this new hotel. We are also designing an indoor swimming pool with ADA access to provide aquatic amenities to hotel guests! We can't wait to see this new build come together!
The construction of our new SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bettendorf is moving along well and expected to open next Spring! If you've been to the Plex neighborhood recently, you may also have seen that Iron Tee Golf, Pancheros Mexican Grill, Jersey Mike's Subs, McDonald's, Plus Saporis, and Soi 4 Thai, are all now open and ready to serve the local community and visitors.
