Talking politics at work? It’s happening, and it’s shaping the workplace more than we realize. Our latest survey shows that 35% of employees encounter topics like the economy, elections, and healthcare at work, yet, many employees surveyed were not aware of their workplace's existing HR policies for addressing and handling these political conversations. These findings highlight a crucial need and opportunity for employers to align their policies to better address political discussions and provide resources to ensure psychological safety in their workplace inclusive to all employees. 📌 Explore more with our latest survey findings: https://lnkd.in/g-nXh6Fx
