Dallas-Fort Worth: The Top U.S. Real Estate Market of 2025 Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) has just claimed the No. 1 spot on Urban Land Institute's (ULI) annual market watch, reinforcing its momentum in the U.S. real estate market. DFW climbed from third place last year and consistently placed in the top 10 for six years. Major banks like Goldman Sachs and Bank of America are committing to Dallas with significant headquarters investments. Uptown Dallas is quickly becoming “Texas' answer to Wall Street.” For Rastegar Capital, this means big things for our property at 1899 McKinney Ave. (incoming high-rise residential building), which is positioned right in the middle of all this growth.
