Raven Defense CEO CHRIS PATSCHECK and Patrick Freemyers from NSWC Dahlgren share the stage at The International Test & Evaluation Association (ITEA) Test Instrumentation Workshop to discuss the progression and myriad of successes of the Broad Ocean Area (BOA) Data Collect System (DCS), of which the Raven Defense Maritime Networked Teletry Asset (MaNTA) is the enabling technology. MaNTA has supported dozens of #hypersonics test events in both the Pacific and Atlantic oceans; often concurrently and onboard multiple vessels in each AOR. This was made possible with forward thinking, independent investment in building the capability out, and some rapid contracting using an Other Transaction Authority through ATI | Advanced Technology International. Strategic Institute for Innovation in Government Contracting should like that!
