Raymond is thrilled to welcome Bart Mink, PE, LEED AP to the team as a Senior Civil Engineer based in our Conyers, GA office! Bart brings an impressive 27 years of experience in Civil Engineering, having worked across a broad spectrum of projects. His expertise spans commercial and residential subdivision design, land development, public works, storm drainage, water treatment, and sewer systems, as well as roadway rehabilitation and expansion. A graduate of Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Bart has developed a diverse and robust skill set over his extensive career. When he's not solving complex civil engineering challenges, you can find Bart and his wife exploring the scenic Northeast Georgia mountains on his Victory Vegas 8-Ball motorcycle, discovering charming towns along the way. We are also excited to welcome Anish Shah, AIA, ALEP, LEED BD+C to the Raymond team as our newest Senior Architect, located in our Charleston, SC office! With over 20 years of experience, Anish has led strategic planning, programming, master planning, architectural design, and management of educational, municipal, medical, commercial, multi-family, and religious projects. As an Accredited Learning Environment Planner (ALEP), Anish believes in the power of big ideas and transforming them into sustainable, user-centered built environments. His focus on both large-scale new construction and complex renovations throughout the Southeast has made him a key player in delivering innovative and contextually rich designs.
