Mealtime is a great opportunity to listen and talk to a youth in your life, and limiting outside distractions like television and phones during this time ensures everyone get's the attention they deserve to open up with each other. Don't share medications, even with someone you otherwise trust! The risks are too great. #BRBHPreventionWellness #RoanokeValleyPrevention #RAYSAC #RoanokeVA
