Razor Group proudly celebrates its 4th birthday this month. And wow, have we navigated some extraordinarily wild moments over the years. As our industry approaches the last leg of consolidation, I am committed to ensuring our continued success and preparing for future milestones, including a potential IPO. I am therefore very happy to announce that Max Biller will be joining us as Co-CEO. His leadership will be instrumental as we execute our diverse range of initiatives and work streams in the coming quarters. An experienced founder and investor, Max has over 25 years of experience in media, consumer tech, and e-commerce. He served as CEO and Co-Founder of Bonial, part of Axel Springer, where he led the company to drive >$1bn in GMV. His extensive leadership experience includes roles as CEO, COO, and CTO, driving operational excellence in companies that operate globally. Max has a powerful track record of managing large teams and has successfully navigated businesses through both hyper-growth and consolidation phases. I am excited to welcome Max, my ideal “work wife”, and look forward to embarking on this next chapter with him and our entire team. Together, we will function as a single force – a unified Power Ranger, dedicated to emerging from this consolidation phase as the global leader in the e-commerce space.
