That number expands to over 100 million when you add those caring for children. 💼  61% of employees are caregivers: Employers take note! At the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers (RCI), our mission is to shine a light on the often invisible yet essential role of family caregivers. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Profiles of Experiences of Caregiving© (Caregiver Profiles), a new framework developed in partnership with Duke University. These profiles capture the diverse and evolving experiences of caregivers, highlighting key phases and stressors to help us design targeted support and resources that meet caregivers' real needs. Caregiver Profiles© aims to provide more tailored, holistic support to the over 105 million people in the United States who are actively engaged in family caregiving.
