September was packed with big moments for Reach. One of the highlights was our trip to Tennessee, where I had the chance to spend quality time with Brandon Sharp, Brandon Thomas, and Dean Smith. There’s nothing better than being out in the field with our team, seeing them in action, and hearing their stories face-to-face. The way they connect with clients and build real relationships—that’s exactly what Reach is all about. Sitting down with these guys, talking shop, and catching up reminded me why we built this company. It’s about giving our techs the space to grow and really focus on what matters.
