There's a time and a place for competitor data in #multifamily. And a #RevenueManagement algorithm is *not* it. That's the message that a lot of people are missing as the RM lawsuits drag on. RM is about understanding *your* demand and *your* supply. Competitor pricing is, at most, a guardrail, not a central driver of pricing. Anyone involved in RM needs to understand that, so I got the godfather of multifamily revenue management, Donald Davidoff, to come and talk about algorithm design, as the latest conversation in our series about revenue management.
