Lots of progress still being made at Cibolo Valley Heights. The contractor has completed earthwork and they are installing wet utilities. The project is currently ahead of schedule and we look forward to getting Perry Homes started very soon.

San Antonio's industrial market saw increased construction activity, with 1.7 million sq. ft. delivered in Q2 2024, leading to a slight rise in vacancy rates to 8.6%. Warehouse/Distribution properties dominated leasing, while Flex and Manufacturing saw minimal activity. The average asking rent remained at a record-high $0.70 per sq. ft. Economic indicators showed job growth and stable unemployment. The investment market reported $33.3 million in sales volume.
