🚨 New UDO Text Amendment Update! 🚨 Charlotte Planning Staff has just filed a proposed text amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), aimed at refining clarity, updating definitions, adjusting use permissions, and refining standards. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/ehzc3FX3 Here's what you need to know: 📌 What’s in this amendment? It adds clearer definitions, adjusts use permissions, tweaks prescribed conditions, and introduces some new standards. 📌 Why is it needed? Since the UDO’s launch on June 1, 2023, updates have been identified to improve user experience and align better with desired outcomes. 📌 How can I review the details?
