In his recent talk at the HBCU Climate Change Conference, Dr. Paul Mohai emphasized the crucial role of cumulative burdens in environmental decision making. Using census tracking tools, he highlighted how the increase in intensity of 13 markers dramatically affects vulnerable populations - particularly people of color.
