Austin brings over a decade of personal recovery experience, along with more than six years of professional expertise. With his extensive network and active community involvement, Austin ensures that everyone he supports receives unwavering guidance and care. A proud graduate of UMass Boston, Austin’s background in finance uniquely complements his work at Recovery Team Newton. He excels at fostering connections and driving meaningful change, particularly for those transitioning into sober living. Whether through one-on-one mentorship or community initiatives, Austin’s approach is rooted in the principles of service, connection, and impact—values that are at the core of Recovery Team Newton. Beyond his professional role as case manager, Austin is an active and engaged community member. He has a rich history of involvement in youth sports programs and various business and community-focused activities. At home, he is a devoted family man, cherishing life with his wonderful wife and their energetic two-year-old son. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find Austin on the hockey rink, lacrosse field, or skiing slopes—though he admits his golf game could use a bit of improvement!
