The Recycling Partnership alongside The City of Flint Mayor Sheldon A. Neeley, state Rep. Cynthia Neeley, Councilman Quincy Murphy, and Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) celebrates the historic rollout of over 68,000 free curbside recycling and trash carts to more than 34,000 households across Flint. As the single-largest grant in The Partnership’s 10-year history, our targeted investment in Flint is expected to increase recycling collection by 750% and deliver 10.8 million pounds of new recyclables each year. In a recent update from American Recycler News, Inc., new leadership has been put into effect to drive impactful change at The Partnership. "Dune Ives and Kate Davenport bring unparalleled expertise and passion to our mission of building a better recycling system," said Scott Breen, Chairman of the Board at The Recycling Partnership. "Their leadership is instrumental in advancing our goals."
