It was a privilege to collaborate with TriCon Commercial Construction and Terry R. Cunningham Architects on the 51,300 sq ft Delta Tee building in Arlington, TX. We seamlessly incorporated concrete tilt wall panels, provided by others, with our metal building system. The structure accommodates multiple cranes, including two 25-ton cranes, and features skylights that enhance both functionality and design. We are excited to share a closer look at the new Workforce Training Facility at Paris Junior College’s Greenville campus, where Red Dot Buildings (Pre-engineered Metal Buildings) proudly worked alongside Pfluger Architects to bring this vision to life! This cutting-edge facility is dedicated to preparing students for in-demand careers and hands-on learning opportunities tailored to local industries. One of the standout features of this project is the BattenLok HS standing seam roof system from MBCI. This system seamlessly transitions over the roof edges, eliminating the need for a typical trim break between the roof and wall profiles. The Midnight Bronze color choice further enhances the structure, adding a distinctive aesthetic to the finished building. We're excited to share progress on the Bullard ISD Indoor Practice Facility! One of the key features of this build is the recessed columns, which are covered with masonry so that the interior walls sit flush. This thoughtful design keeps the columns out of the field of play, ensuring safety and efficiency for athletes and staff. The building showcases up to 12 feet of masonry, supported by Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) framing. Plus, we've provided roof curbs for two skylights, adding natural light to the space.
