  • "Bubba saved me," said Luis Zuniga, reflecting on the terrifying night. During the Eaton fire, a 3 a.m. alert warned of a nearby fire, but it was Bubba, who truly sounded the alarm. Scratching and crying at the door, Bubba's persistence led Luis, his roommate and landlord (Bubba's owner) to safety. Bubba is a reminder our pets can be heroes too! As you make your home fire escape plans include your furry loved ones and how to evacuate safely with them.
