With phase one now complete and Provo’s new pedestrian bridge right across from the property, what began in an underdeveloped neighborhood has become a prime location that offers residents the perfect mix of luxury and convenience! Another turn in the books! This year was the most challenging and rewarding turn I’ve ever been through. Days before move out, our property became managed by Redstone Residential. We had no maintenance staff and three office staff. With the expert help of those at Redstone, we were able to recruit some team members and make this the best and most successful turn I’ve ever been a part of. I’m so proud of my team and so thankful for the assistance that we received throughout these trying times. I’m so happy to call Revery my home and my place of work. CHEERS TO ANOTHER GOOD YEAR🩵✨

What a busy year it has been! I can't believe it has already been a year since I started with Redstone Residential! This year has proven to be a success and is a great testament of being able to learn & grow! Throughout this year I have been able to successfully open TWO amazing lease-up communities in Sugar House, both of which have seen over 3% absorption rates and have surpassed our closing ratio goals! With 133 units + one commercial space, IZZY is now occupied at 54.48% and leased at 62.69%! July we welcomed the grand opening of Deadpan Sandwich and we have thoroughly been enjoying the eclectic menu! With 75 units, Streetcar Flats is occupied at 24.29% and leased at 34.29% (in less than 60-days!). While every day seems like a busy day and never ending, I am grateful for these communities, their amazing ownership groups and "my tribe" who have supported me along the way. I couldn't do it without my team, my mentors, family and friends!

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is engaging with customers and witnessing firsthand how software enhances their lives. This includes our on-site staff, residents, and prospects. Recently, I was privileged to be present on move-in day at Glenwood Apartments managed by Redstone Residential one of our valued student operators. It was truly enlightening to listen to their feedback – what they enjoyed, what they found challenging, and what needed improvement. The dedication and enthusiasm displayed by the staff on such a significant occasion were truly inspiring!
