🚒 Fire Station #5 Update 🏗️: We’re turning up the heat as this facility nears completion! Roofing and sidewalks are done, and sod, interior finishes, overhead doors, and flooring are all underway. This week’s #flyRY project, the Douglas Hills Logistics Center in Lithia Springs, Georgia, spans 80 acres and includes four buildings totaling 844,320 SF. Key infrastructure elements for this site include storm conveyance systems, bio retention ponds, an aerial creek crossing, and a Colonial Gas Line crossing. The project also includes upgrades to county roads and a newly constructed state DOT intersection. #whyRY

Our entire Reeves Young family is saddened by the recent passing of our founder, William "Bill" D. Reeves. I was honored to be able to capture the opening of the Soaring Heights Community in Rockdale County, Georgia yesterday with Reeves Young. Yesterday, we celebrated the ribbon cutting for Soaring Heights. Located on the Lighthouse Village campus, Soaring Heights provides much-needed housing for 40-60 residents, with half from the IDD community and half from the public service community. This space fosters community and connection, featuring a state-of-the-art community center with a professional kitchen, large meeting room, computer center, and gym – all designed to be a welcoming hub for Rockdale’s greater community. #celebratoRY
