Today we value time more than ever, we can’t get time back. Customers want what’s convenient, quick, and easy. Everyone is busy and if you can save customers and businesses time, then you have a great product. Think about how easy it is to order from Amazon and get your item in hours, DoorDash food quickly because you don’t have time to cook, or get an Uber in minutes for transportation. These are all saving us time, and in retail, time is money. With Reflex we are creating value because we are saving you time, providing quality, and supporting needs in real time, which used to be hard to do in retail. If you are short staffed and have a few open roles, let’s look at the potential time spent filling these roles (mind you it’s Q4). 44 days to hire someone, 7-14 days to train, 45 days for retention, countless hours recruiting, interviewing, dealing with additional workload due to gaps in schedules, team’s time is compromised (and perhaps PTO no longer an option) etc. This is costing you money, time, energy, impacting business, client experience, and the cycle continues.
