Becky and Megan Pratt grew up immersed in the beauty industry, with both their mother and grandmother being hairstylists. After graduating in 1999 from cosmetology and esthetics school, both women quickly realized that they had a special talent and passion for the art of hair extensions. Over the years, they began to get frustrated with the quality of hair that was offered, and decided to start their own line. With over 16 years of experience each, Becky and Megan know and understand quality, color, and texture, and refuse to settle for anything but the very best. While both women have been trained in all extension techniques, they specialize in the braided and beaded Reflexion Extension Technique. Becky and Megan have devoted their lives to being the best at what they do, and its evident in the outstanding quality of their product, and work. They pride themselves on integrity, and believe in giving back, which is why a portion of proceeds will be donated to Alzheimer's research.
