Since its inception, the Regional Hispanic Chamber of Commerce has developed many distinguished programs to Empower, Enhance and Educate the Southern California Business Community. Our Vision is to build a vibrant and prosperous business community by representing the interest of the Southern California business community while embracing economic and professional development. To Expand Procurement Opportunities for SoCal Businesses. The panel discussion will cover topics on contracting with these government organizations, how small businesses can make themselves more competitive, and include a question and answer session. The conference will also feature a procurement matchmaking session designed to bring together business owners with corporate and government procurement representatives. The Annual Conference provides the perfect setting to bring together business owners, corporate leaders, and government officials to address the business community’s most pressing issues. Access to Capital, Certifications and Capability Statement Review will be available on a One on One basis will during the conference. Capability Statement Review by Wayne Gross One on One during the conference!! Wayne Gross has forty eight years of customer service skills starting from his early days as a United States Air Force Captain. Wayne currently serves as a Business Outreach Liaison for the State of California Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises. In this role, he educates the business community and ensures that Small Business (SB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) businesses can access their share of state contracts.  Wayne has received numerous awards for his advocacy and support of SBs and DVBEs seeking to understand and navigate the State's procurement system.
