Another "Spooktacular" benefit during Breast Cancer Awareness month! "Welcome To My Pink Nightmare" is a Halloween Party Fundraiser being held on Thursday, October 31st at the Fenton Winery & Brewery - 1370 N. Long Lake Rd. in Fenton, MI. Today marks the first of five Change Your Oil Change A Life events supporting those fighting cancer throughout our region. By getting your oil changed on Thursdays during the month of October at any area Insta Lube location, $10.39 from the oil change (matched by RMI) will be donated to the Hurley Breast Cancer Patient Navigation Program and United Cancer Alliance to financially assist area patients fighting this terrible disease. In its eighth year, CYOCAL has raised more than $204,000!

We are excited to announce Becca Tyler from our Southgate location has earned her ARRT Board Certification in MRI. This certification represents a commitment to excellence in medical imaging and enhances our team's ability to provide exceptional patient care. We're proud to have Becca as an integral member of our team.

It's October and that means Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Among the many events RMI participates in to promote this important time of year is our Annual "Baskets for Breast Cancer" raffle. Congratulations to RMI Petoskey for its recent receipt of the Comprehensive Breast Imaging Center designation by the American College of Radiology (ACR). By awarding facilities this status, ACR recognizes breast imaging centers that have earned accreditation in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, and breast ultrasound (including ultrasound-guided breast biopsy). Peer-review evaluations, conducted in each breast imaging modality by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field, have determined that this facility has achieved high practice standards in image quality, personnel qualifications, facility equipment, quality control procedures and quality assurance programs. “We are pleased to have achieved this level of recognition by the ACR,” says CEO and Owner of Regional Medical Imaging, Dr. Randy Hicks. “Furthermore, this designation supports the quality healthcare RMI Petoskey is providing to the people of northern Michigan.”
