Regional One Health is a healthcare system providing accessible, efficient, quality healthcare for individuals in the Mid-South. Its primary service area includes west Tennessee, east Arkansas and north Mississippi. Regional One Health is home to the nation's most gifted and sought-after medical professionals. We are the Mid-South's finest teaching hospital where over half of all medical professionals in Tennessee have completed at least part of their training. We have become a recognized leader in medical education through our affiliation with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center at Memphis. The health system provides inpatient and surgical care along with Centers of Excellence including trauma, burn, neonatal intensive care and high-risk obstetrics at Regional Medical Center.     During Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month, Regional One Health gynecologic oncologist Dr. John Schorge hosted a “Lunch and Learn” to help women understand how they can protect their health. There is no routine screening for ovarian cancer and symptoms can be hard to pinpoint, but there have been major advances in helping women manage their risk and access effective treatment.
