A color-coded banner will display next to the current RMIS contact change warning near the top of a carrier’s status page. For example: 🔴 Red: 0-30 days 🟡 Yellow: 31-90 days 🔵 Blue: Over 90 days 2.   Business Rules Based on DOT Business Rules Based on the age of a DOT contact change, you can choose to display a warning flag or de-certify a carrier if the DOT contact age business rule is not met. For example: If you set a warning for changes in a carrier’s DOT contact info within the last 90 days, the matrix will flag it with a note in the carrier’s certification status (without de-certifying the carrier). 🚩 3.   Business Rules Based on Identity Verification If a carrier’s identity verification status business rule is not met, you can choose to display a warning flag or de-certify a carrier.
