🌟Team members recently attended Live2Lead Heartland a powerful leadership conference by John C. Maxwell that gathers insights from top industry leaders. It was an energizing break from the daily hustle—a moment to reset, refocus and dive deep into strategies for effective leadership and personal growth. Special thanks to Brawn Lide for hosting the Live2Lead Ardmore event we attended. The lineup featured leaders in their respective fields like John C. Maxwell on abundance mindset, Valorie Burton, MAPP, MCC on fueling vision, Jon Gordon on the power of positive leadership, Michael Jr. on embracing conflict and Chris Robinson on star creation. Each session had its gems, but Valorie Burton’s “Fueling Your Vision” especially hit home as she broke down the four types of energy needed to drive success—mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. These insights are fuel for positive change in our organization and beyond! #leadership #Live2Lead #teamgrowth #personaldevelopment #humancapital #professionaldevelopment

Northwest women business owners and professionals really showed up in Enid yesterday with nearly 90 women joining the Women's Business Summit of Northwest Oklahoma! This event had it all! We kicked off with three incredible women business owners who shared insights from their own journeys, tackling key questions from the audience. Amie Haar from Emerge Consulting, delivered a powerhouse keynote! She has a true gift for helping people uncover their strengths and authentic selves. Attendees also heard from a community panel, emphasizing the importance of staying active in the community—through programs, board service and engagement—to ensure a bright future for Enid and the surrounding area. And we can’t forget to shout out Muncy Photography for offering FREE headshots during networking breaks! Huge thank you to Autry Technology Center for hosting the event and Enid Regional Development Alliance and Tinker Federal Credit Union for sponsoring! Shout out to Jezebel's Emporium and Tea Room for providing amazing teas. And kudos to the committee for pulling together such a meaningful, impactful day. We at REI Oklahoma are proud to be part of the solution in elevating business ownership across Oklahoma. #WomensBusinessSummit #NWOK2024WBS #womenbusinessowner #womeninbusiness #oklahoma #oklahomabusiness #oklahomabusinessowner #enid #reioklahoma #bettertogether #economicdevelopment
