If you can’t connect over cake!
When is a Cookie #popup up not a cookie popup? Sadly this was a central popup in a UK shopping mall recently. It had central stage and just had boxes of cookies and cake slices. There was little/no signage about pricing, brand or story telling. Nothing to interact with and the young lady was head down on her phone the whole time. In fact, I took a series of 360° images without her realising! These are simple things that need fixing and picking up and documenting; all of which can be remedied in time. How many more sales do you think she would generate with the right signage & customer approach? I would love to know how much she turned over this day. Answers on a postcard please!
