Hi, I’m Mr. Joh "Joe" Olson, RN, BSN, MBA, NEA-BC from Remarkable Freedom Are you a healthcare business owner? Do you want to work in your zone of genius and master delegation to Achieve Freedom and Grow Profits? If so, Welcome to Remarkable Freedom! You're in the right place. Here's our mission Statement: We Help Healthcare Business Owners To Master Delegation So That You and Your Team Work in Your Zone of Genius and Live the Life You Have Earned Now, you probably feel like that is impossible. I felt the same way until I began delegating and growing our own companies while applying the system that I learned during my twenty years leading growing healthcare teams and programs at Stanford, UCLA, and others. Since then, I’ve scaled our own portfolio of ecommerce, software, service and real estate businesses using this same system. Shockingly, most people don’t know what you’re about to learn. They believe delegation is hard to do, creates less quality outputs in their business, and means accepting mediocrity. But that’s not what masterful delegation looks like.  It’s the opposite.  Masterful delegation creates a culture of growth and trust, leads each person to contribute according to their best capabilities and grows revenue while increasing your freedom and your profits. This might seem complex or confusing, but I have discovered a proven process based on my experience and research that I would like to share with you.    We call our system the Delegation Ladder. It has four main components: *First, we focus on you as the owner and leader. We discover your superpowers -the work you enjoy and excel at. *Second, we guide you to do the same work with your team. *Third, we document the system and add automation and software tools so that work flows smoothly and constantly improves. *Finally, we use the system to migrate work from you to the right people. The work is impactful but very simple to do. Let me walk you through it. Book a free consultation with me to learn how the delegation ladder will work for you.

Two worlds uniting: Small business acquisitions (ETA) and luxury/wealth, meanwhile Long Angle is hosting Eric Wasserman from Harvard Business School and RBC Capital Partners to speak with their HNW clients. Things are moving quickly for this to be normalized for elite graduates from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Stanford University Graduate School of Business The University of Chicago Booth School of Business INSEAD and many other elite programs globally.

The other day I sat on a plane to Palm Beach from NY in first class with a very wealthy guy. Superbly bright, kind and polite. One of the type of guys that is described in this article. He was a home builder. His service dog was a gem. We became friends. I remember having a dialogue at a luxury hotel about 10 years ago with a young associate who was 24. I thought he was so bright, so I tried to inspire him to finish college so he could rise up the corporate ranks. He wasn’t buying my infinite wisdom. He was polite, but he made his intent clear, with pride: “I am only doing this until I earn my plumber’s license. Then, I am going to make $120k to start” Then, he boldly predicted: “I am going to start my own business, scale it, and become a multimillionaire” I was so narrow minded. America really is the land of opportunity. The trades, where physical labor is often required, are one of the off-the-beaten-path sources of wealth. Real wealth. Private equity is rolling up all kinds of professions, from local medical offices, to heating/air conditioning/refrigeration brands. Entrepreneurs get to cash out. Whether roll-ups are good or bad I will leave to others to judge. One thing is clear: wealth can be found in many places without a college degree in America. That’s awesome! These new generations have zero stigmas. They are going for it in Free America. Follow your own path to wealth. Respect!
