Congratulations to Cleveland shareholders, Erin Siebenhar Hess and Danny Egger, who secured a trial victory for a radiologist. The plaintiff alleged negligent interpretation of a chest CT scan and requested $1.55 million in damages from the jury. ⚖Results. Period.⚖ Reminger attorneys Erin Siebenhar Hess and Brianna Prislipsky secured a defense verdict for an OB/GYN in a case involving multiple claims of medical negligence, lack of informed consent, battery, and punitive damages. The claims stemmed from a 2020 hysterectomy. Plaintiffs requested $1.3 million in damages from the jury.
