✨ 𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗮 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟯 - 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘂𝗺 -> Inspired by: The ChatGPT Masters course on Udemy by Phil Ebiner & Diego Davila 📌 What does the prompt do? This prompt guides the LLM to create a college-level curriculum for mastering any skill or subject. It simulates the complexity, structure, and depth of a degree program from a prestigious university.  📜 The Prompt: "I want to become a professional expert in [insert skill/subject/topic here]. Please create a complete college-level curriculum on this subject, simulating the rigor, structure, and quality of a four-year degree program from a prestigious university. The program should adhere to the Pareto principle, focusing on high-impact content, and provide a comprehensive, in-depth learning experience. The course should include the following components: • Course Duration: Structure the program over four years (or equivalent), divided into semesters or modules, with content progressing from beginner to advanced levels. • Curriculum Structure: Provide a detailed syllabus for each semester, ensuring logical progression and comprehensive coverage of theoretical and practical elements. • Relevant and Accurate Information: Incorporate all critical and up-to-date knowledge needed to master the subject, covering both core theories and real-world applications. • Projects and Assignments: Include hands-on projects and assignments each semester. These should start with foundational exercises and build up to complex, real-world applications by the final year. • Learning Resources: Recommend diverse resources such as textbooks, research papers, video lectures, online tutorials, and practice exams. These should align with the level of complexity of the course. • Expert Guidance: Offer expert insights throughout the course, answering potential questions, providing clarifications, and enriching the learning experience with advanced tips and perspectives. • Resources: Suggest resources for additional learning, recognized experts in the field, and related online courses. Please provide: • A semester-by-semester syllabus with topics, objectives, and milestones. • Detailed descriptions of projects and assignments to reinforce learning. • Recommended learning resources for each semester. • Ensure the program mirrors the academic rigor and depth of a traditional college degree while being practical and results-oriented. • Follow the established course outline and resources as well know universities such as [insert example universities you want to mimic]" [Optional: attach any free course outlines, or resources from university classes you'd like the LLM to draw inspiration from] 📌 Best use case for the prompt: Ideal for self-learners seeking to design a structured, comprehensive learning path to master a subject. 🗪 Ask 👇 Share 👋 Follow #AI #ClaudeAI #25AITipsfor2025

✨ 𝟮𝟱 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟭 - 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 : 𝗪𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗰𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹'𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 📌 What does this prompt do? Wes McDowell (@WesMcDowellInc on YouTube) has an interesting twist in setting up LLM's to learn new skills. I thought it was worth sharing as is. 📜 The Prompt "I’m dedicating my lunch break to improving my skills in [insert your topic]. I need you to scour the web to comprehensively research this topic. Your objective is to compile a distilled guide from the resources available online - focusing on the top 20% most valuable, insightful, and practical aspects of this topic. Please ensure the guide is: Contextual and Relevant: Tailored specifically to my topic. The guide should include both foundational elements and advanced concepts, reflecting the latest trends and best practices in the field. Role-Oriented and Expertly Curated: Approach this task as an expert researcher. Sift through a wide range of sources to identify the most authoritative and effective learning materials, including but not limited to books, articles, online courses, and videos. Actionable and Concise: Structure the guide to be actionable. Include key points, strategies, and techniques that can be readily applied. - Avoid unnecessary fluff or overly technical jargon. Formatted for Clarity and Ease of Digestion: Organize the guide with clear headlines, subheadlines, and bullet lists. - Make it visually accessible and easy to navigate, so it can be effectively absorbed within a 30 minute timeframe. Targeted for Practical Application: Ensure that the guide is suitable for someone looking to apply these skills in a practical, business context. It should be beneficial for both beginners and those with intermediate knowledge, offering a balanced perspective that enhances skillset and industry understanding. - Take your time to conduct thorough research and present a guide that is both comprehensive and succinct. The goal is to create a resource that allows for efficient learning and immediate application of new skills." 📌 Once it spits out the guide, take some time to go through it, identifying the key information and actionable points. Fine tune it so that the plan is exactly what you need, and how you need it. 💡 Also works well with ChatGPT, and ClaudeAI 👋 Don't get left behind. ✨ 𝟮𝟱 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟵 - 𝗖𝗩 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘀 These prompts are designed to help you make genuine improvements to better organize your resume and make it more impactful and reflective of your unique skills and experiences. The goal here is to save time when creating resume variations so that you can be more efficient in your search. ⚠️NO ATS (snake oil) here. 📜 The prompts: 📌 1. CV/Resume Tailoring with ChatGPT "I am applying for the [job position] at [company name and URL]. Please analyze the job description and offer suggestions to better structure my resume to align with the key responsibilities and qualifications, ensuring that my relevant skills and experiences are clearly and prominently highlighted." 📌 2. Keyword and Skills Optimization - NotebookLM [attach resume/CV as a source]  [Add at least 5 example job listings] "I am applying for roles in [industry details]. Using the current job listings as sources. Identify essential keywords, and phrases that I should incorporate into my CV, as well as, key skills that I should emphasize to align with these roles. • Provide a detailed list of both hard skills (technical abilities) and soft skills (interpersonal qualities) that are highly valued in this field and align with the roles outlined in the job listings • Provide a comprehensive list of terms commonly found in these job postings that can enhance my visibility in Boolean searches" 📌 3. Experience Highlighting with ChatGPT [Add at least 5 example job listings] [Attach resume/CV with the prompt] "Referencing the following example job listings: [insert at least 5 example job listings], please review my attached CV. Suggest effective ways to showcase my experience in [specific field] for the position(s) of [job title(s)]. Focus on highlighting my contributions and achievements to make them clear, relevant, and impactful." 📌 4. Crafting a cover letter with ClaudeAI (also works well with ChatGPT) [attach resume/CV with the prompt] "How can I ensure that my CV aligns seamlessly with my cover letter for the position of [job title]? Provide guidance on maintaining consistency in messaging, tone, and key points across both documents to present a cohesive and professional application." 💡 For additional fine-tuning, add a link to the recruiter's LinkedIn profile, About section, or a post that they've written about their recruiting process. Then adjust the prompt: "How can I ensure that my CV aligns seamlessly with my cover letter for the position of [job title], posted by [insert link to recruiter’s profile or relevant post]? Offer guidance on maintaining consistency in my messaging, tone, and highlight key points that resonate with the recruiter’s preferences and style." 👋 Don't get left behind. ✨ 𝟮𝟱 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱  Day 8 - How to use NotebookLM to analyze LinkedIn comments for content ideas. This can work with Reddit comments as well. 📌 What does the prompt do? This prompt will help you extract valuable insights from LinkedIn comments, providing a unique advantage for audience research to generate content ideas. 📌 Set up Find knowledgeable people or "influencers" in your niche with large followings that match your target audience, and copy the URL's of at least 10 of their high-engagement posts. 👉 On LinkedIn • On LinkedIn: Search for posts within your industry or niche using hashtags, keywords, or influential accounts. Look for posts with high engagement and comments.   • Click the three dots at the top-right of the post, select "Copy Link to Post," and save it to use as a source to be analyzed. 👉 You can also use this with Reddit • On Reddit: Use subreddit communities relevant to your audience (e.g., r/marketing, r/smallbusiness). Identify threads with active discussions and comments. • Open the thread, copy the URL from the browser, and save it for analysis. • If you're logged into Reddit you can select from a drop down at the top of a sub reddit to find the most popular posts by day, week, month and year. 👉 If using ChatGPT or other LLM  Add the URLs of the LinkedIn post(s) or Reddit thread(s) in the input area of the prompt to provide context for analysis. I recommend adding one per line. 📜The Prompt: "Analyze the comments in the following posts/threads for insights: [if applicable Insert links to LinkedIn posts or Reddit threads here] Please identify and summarize: • The main points that resonate with the audience—what do people agree with or support? • Key areas of disagreement or debate—what divides opinions or sparks discussions? • The audience's key concerns, needs, or pain points highlighted in their comments. • Present your findings in an organized such as bullet points or sections for each area that I can copy and save into a document.  • Ask additional questions if you need clarity. " 📌Best use case for this prompt: • This prompt is ideal for content creators, marketers, or entrepreneurs who want to generate content ideas that directly address their audience’s needs, concerns, and interests. • It works best when paired with posts or threads relevant to the user’s target market. • You can use this to analyze your own audience's comments on your own posts.  • Where you can't link to comments in a closed system (such as X, or Facebook), try copying and pasting the best (or worst) comments into a document, and uploading the document with the prompt, directing NotebookLM (or the LLM you're using) to reference and evaluate the comments in it. 👋 Don't get left behind. ✨ 𝟮𝟱 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟳 - 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗟𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗧𝗢𝗦. Todays tip will be a quick and easy one. NotebookLM makes it incredibly easy to upload documents, get summaries, and ask specific questions about what's in the sources that you link to or upload. 📌 Adding sources to query • In NotebookLM, you can query sources like Google Docs, Google Slides, PDFs, text files, web URLs, copied text, and YouTube video links; with a limit of up to 50 sources per notebook, each containing a maximum of 500,000 words per source, totaling up to 25 million words across all sources in a notebook • Supported formats: Google Docs, Google Slides, PDFs, text files, web pages, copied text, YouTube video URL 📌 Getting started • Upload your content sources. If what you want to query is only available online, save (or print) the web page as a PDF and then save it to your computer. Then add it as a source in your Notebook. • Now, start asking questions about your policy or contract, such as identifying special clauses, loopholes, and understanding your rights and responsibilities. • NotebookLM will not only find the language that answers your specific questions but also point you to the exact spot in the contract where the information is located. 💡 Your queries in NotebookLM do not need to be as detailed as your prompts on other platforms. It already knows it's job, you can just ask it direct questions. ⚡For insurance policies you can ask things like:  "What is the maximum payout of this policy and what factors determine total compensation?" "How long does [company] have to settle claims?" "What damages and loss are covered under this policy?"    ⚡For business contracts you can ask things like: "What types of actions or events will cause me to be in breech of this contract?" "Under which jurisdiction will any legal actions fall under?" "By signing this contract, what rights will I be waving?" "What does this contract say about arbitration?" ⚡ Understanding Terms of Service Agreements "How many data partners is my information shared with?" "What rights do I have to have all of my data erased?" "What constitutes business needs when it comes to deleting accounts and all data associated with it?" You get the picture. 📌 Privacy Tip Before uploading your contracts and policies redact any personally identifying information in the contract such as your name, address, policy numbers and so on...using Adobe Acrobat or whatever PDF or document editor you have. 👋 Don't get left behind. ✨ 𝟮𝟱 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟱 - 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝟭 𝗼𝗳 𝟮) 📌 The on-off method. Also works with ChatGPT, and probably ClaudeAI although I have tested it there. Due to the character limitations I've had to break this up into 2 posts. Credit: I'm pretty sure Grace Leung inspired this post. Upon testing I discovered another option which I explain below. 📌 Why you should do this? When using LLMs to spark content ideas you want the output to be as close to your own style and your unique voice as possible to reduce time editing. 📌 What you will need • Examples of your writing. Blog posts, articles or create examples to use. • The target market, customer avatar docs we created on Day 1 and 2. • You may need the Pro or paid versions of the platform (sorry). ⚠️Limitations ChatGPT has customization options that allow you to to give it notes on style and tone, but it is a little cumbersome. The best way to create a writing assistant with ChatGPT that writes in your voice is to create a GPT, or do the one-off method of uploading your preference examples with the prompt. We're going to do the later first. 📌 The set up: • Gather your writing examples. Name them by each style you're uploading. • Example: If your instructional articles are a different style than your blog posts, name it "instructional" and reference it when you need assistance creating similar articles. When creating your prompt, you're going to attach: • The writing style you want to emulate. • Your target market and customer avatar docs. 📜The Prompt: "I want you to write a [type of article and number of words] in my unique style and tone. To help you understand my writing voice, I am uploading example articled to reference. Please analyze the exampled to identify: • Sentence structure and flow. • Vocabulary and word choice. • Tone (e.g., professional, conversational, formal, etc.). • Any specific stylistic elements (e.g., use of humor, metaphors, or detailed explanations). Based on this analysis, generate a new article on [insert details] ensuring it matches the style and tone of the uploaded example. The new article should: • Be engaging and relevant to the specified audience docs I've shared. • Maintain consistency with my established style and tone. • Use headers and bullet points to better organize the content for readability. • Include any notes or observations you made about my style that influenced your approach." 📌 Test and Refine: • If the output isn’t quite right, provide specific feedback: "Make the tone friendlier." "Use shorter sentences." "Target college educated readers experienced in (whatever). • Use your creativity to fine tune the output so that it matches your needs. 👋 Don't get left behind. ✨ 𝟮𝟱 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟱 (𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗱) - 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝟮 𝗼𝗳 𝟮) 📌 The GPT method You need a ChatGPT Pro subscription to create custom GPTs. If you're new to doing this you can simply ask ChatGPT to guide you, "I need to create a GPT. Please provide step by step instructions". After you start a new GPT and are on the build/edit screen, continue here: 📌 What you will need • Examples of your writing style, • Your target market, and customer avatar docs from days 1 and 2. 📌Upload documents In the GPT settings below the instruction window, upload your documents and writing examples. 📌 Give your GPT it's instructions. I'm sharing the instructions from my own marketing GPT as an example to emulate, rework, and edit for your specific needs. After all my instructions, and fine tuning, this is what ChatGPT narrowed it down to. I broke up the text so that it's readable. ChatGPT just crams it all together in the instruction window. 📜Instructions "The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the marketing and promotional efforts of Remote Desk One, a small business IT support and consulting company. Website: https://remotedesk.one. Leveraging the power of OpenAI's ChatGPT technology, this assistant generates creative and engaging content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media. It crafts ideas and composes LinkedIn posts, and assists in creating slogans, press releases, and blog posts. The assistant tailors content to address the unique challenges faced by small business owners and professionals in non-tech industries, making complex technology concepts approachable and user-friendly. Its role is to make Remote Desk One IT support and consulting services accessible, enjoyable, and beneficial to a broad audience, while enhancing the companies' digital presence. The assistant maintains a friendly and professional tone, focusing on showcasing the user-friendly and practical nature of these services. It's committed to bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and everyday users, aiming to make the world of AI and IT consulting more accessible and enjoyable." Additional: "The assistant will reference the examples to ensure clear communication with my audience and for brand consistency." 📌 Test. Edit. Refine. • Ask GPT to create test content using your instructions. • Add relevant details such as word count, and areas of focus. For example: "Write a 500 word introduction to a blog post about [topic] in my instructional style for my target audience" 📌 Always review and edit your content. 👋 Don't get left behind. ✨ 𝟮𝟱 Days of 𝗔𝗜 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 📅 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟰 - 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻  Today I get into controversial territory that, from what I've seen around here, infuriates marketers and copywriters. While I agree that your human experiences and insights give your content depth, and of course a human should review and edit all AI generated content, that doesn't mean we can't use these amazing tools to automate and fill in skills gaps. 📌 What does this prompt do? It will help you create a fully customized and actionable marketing plan tailored to your business and it's needs. The prompt is designed to ask you questions as needed for clarity. 📌Preparation We're going to use the target audience, customer avatar , and competitive research docs that we created in Days 1, 2 & 3 and attach those docs in the prompt window 🔗 and instruct the LLM to refer to them. 📜 The prompt: " Act as an experienced marketing researcher in [insert your industry or niche]. Referring to the target audience, customer avatar, and competitive research docs I've shared, develop a comprehensive and customized marketing plan for my business. My business website is [insert your URL]. You may ask detailed questions as needed to understand key aspects of my business, including: • The nature of my business and the industry it operates in. • My target audience's demographics, needs, and preferences. • My short-term and long-term business goals. • Any existing marketing efforts or strategies I’ve already implemented. • My preferred marketing budget and timeline. Referring to the docs that I've uploaded [list the file names of the uploaded docs] create a detailed marketing plan that should include: • A market analysis highlighting trends and opportunities in my industry. • Identification of my primary and secondary target audiences. • Suggested marketing strategies tailored to my goals and audience. • Recommended marketing channels and platforms to use. • An actionable implementation timeline with steps and milestones. • Any additional insights or innovative ideas that could benefit my business. Please ensure that the plan is practical, easy to understand, and adaptable to my business size and resources. Feel free to ask additional questions as needed for clarity and fine tuning." [Optional: Insert specific focus areas like "digital marketing" or "local advertising" if applicable.] 📌 Best use case for the prompt: This is ideal for bootstrapping small business owners who want to establish a structured marketing strategy from scratch, or start-ups crafting a business plan. It works best when you provide clear and detailed answers about your business goals and use follow up prompts to fine tune. Have any of you been using AI in your marketing efforts? If so, how has it been working out? #Marketing #StartUps #Perplexity #AI
