I just have to share an incredible moment that happened today! We went downstairs to surprise Aurora, our Renault Winery Resort Team Member of the Quarter for the Joy category. She was completely shocked—and as if the surprise couldn’t get any better, both our CEO, Josh McCallen and CCO, Melanie McCallen happened to be around at the same time. But wait—there’s more! In the most perfect coincidence, Aurora's Mom was visiting her randomly at that exact moment! It was truly heartwarming to witness such a special alignment of people and events.
