What a weekend for Team Renov8!! We dominated three races this past weekend: * Spartan OC Stadion (competitive division) * Spartan OC Stadion (open division) * Mud Girl Run LA Coach @heathercpt competed in the competitive division of the Spartan OC Stadion race and placed 9th in her age group! Not bad considering she hasn’t been running much due to plantar fasciitis 😅 A few hours later, she joined Team Renov8 for the open division, and together they crushed the course from start to finish! To wrap it up, Team Renov8 tackled the Mud Girl Run LA in Castaic, and wow— it lived up to its name. MUD everywhere! Here are a few pics from the weekend to show off the Renov8 Fitness spirit!
