It was Monster Monday at Resolute Baptist yesterday! We kicked off our Spooky Spirit Week with a special surprise from Cookie Monster delivering cookies to our employees. 👻 Our employees also had a chance to dress up like monsters, and we'll be celebrating all week with more dress-up days, trick-or-treating, a ghost hunt, pumpkin decorating and more! We recently celebrated our outstanding team members at Breakfast Club, where employees were nominated by their leaders for going above and beyond in their role. Resolute Baptist Hospital is celebrating the Comal County Fair & Rodeo! Employees slipped on their boots and wore their best rodeo outfits, but the highlight of the County Fair Kick-off was to let off steam by dumping ice water on hospitals leaders! 🤠

Congratulations to Resolute Baptist Hospital's newest Bluebonnet Award winner, Dana Nielsen! Dana is an employee in our cafe at the hospital. According to her team, "Dana is always a delight to everyone. She creates a warm atmosphere all around her. She knows everyone and truly shows compassion for everyone. She keeps visitors and staff in a light happy mood. We love her and all she brings to the hospital. Dana deserves to be recognized." Every role in a hospital is important, from the doctors performing life-saving surgeries to the team members offering warmth and support in the lobby. Each interaction our patients and visitors have with staff creates an impact, and we're thankful to Dana for the impact she has on our community. 💙

Happy 4th of July! Resolute Baptist Hospital took time to honor Independence Day and salute our hardworking staff, especially the many veterans who serve as nurses, physicians and in other important roles in our hospitals.
