  • Resolutions Hospice would like to thank our own CNA team, Jennifer and Mandy for working so hard to meet the needs of our patients, being there for their families, and just being all around amazing people! We also work with some very inspiring CNAs in our partner facilities and in the community, thank you all for everything you do!

  • Friday Team Highlight! Everett is such an uplifting member of our team, he is always ready with a beautiful prayer and a listening ear. We are forever thankful for his presence for our team, our patients, and their families! A few words from Everett: First of all, I am very thankful for my Resolutions Hospice Team and all the work we do. I find it a true honor, privilege, and gift from God to pray, teach, comfort and show Love to others. Serving as a hospice chaplain allows me to be His hands, feet, and voice for those in vulnerable situations, something I deeply cherish. Refreshing others keeps me renewed, and uplifting others lifts my spirits. I am passionate about my vocation and grateful that God has entrusted me with this calling! - Rev. Everett Blaylock

  • Friday Team Highlight! Mandy Rodriguez has been a CNA for almost 7 years, and started working in hospice this past March but has spent the majority of her time as a CNA working with Long Term Care Residents. Mandy's family is everything to her, her parents instilled in her to be kind and loving to others. Her nieces and nephews hold a special place in her heart. She enjoys spending time at the ocean, walking her dogs, and watching documentaries to learn more about other people's lives. Mandy has always loved helping others and feels blessed to be a part of such an important time in people's lives to support them and their families. Resolutions feels honored to have such a loving and compassionate team member! She is always ready with a compliment, a kind word, and a smile!

  • Jennifer Wentworth has been a CNA for over 20 years, 14 of which have been in a hospice setting. Jennifer is dedicated to her patients and their families and is often treated as part of their family. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her puppy, Ginger, relaxing at the beach, gardening and cooking for her family. She is a valued part of the Resolutions Team and we enjoy every minute we get to spend with her. Jennifer is always laughing and joking and brings such a positive energy when she is around.

  • Friday Team Highlight! Today, we celebrate someone very special. Our RN Case Manager, Tiffany Ackerman is an absolute blessing to our team, our patients, and their families. She has been a nurse for 7 years and is currently working towards her MSN, Nurse Practitioner role. While she did not set out to focus on end-of-life care, she felt that God had called her to bring comfort, support, and joy to those she encounters in this field. She has been married to her husband for almost 12 years and they have a beautiful 10 year old daughter together as well as many pets. When she is not working or studying, she enjoys attending church with her family, singing karaoke, and attending her daughter's sporting events. Tiffany is always quick to bring a smile to a situation and feels that any glimpse of joy and peace makes a world of difference. Please join us in celebrating Tiffany!

  • 🌿✨ In hospice care, exploring different spiritual and religious practices can bring comfort, peace, and healing to patients during their final days. From prayer circles to mindfulness meditation, these practices offer a holistic approach to end-of-life care. Let's create a sacred space for all beliefs and traditions to be honored in this journey of love and acceptance. 🕊️💖 #HospiceCare #Spirituality #EndOfLifeJourney

  • Today is Diabetes Alert Day, a crucial reminder to assess our risk factors and take proactive steps toward prevention and management. 🍏💪 By maintaining a balanced diet, staying physically active, and monitoring blood sugar levels, we can significantly reduce the risk of developing diabetes.
