🌟 Celebrating One Year at Resolve Pain Solutions! 🌟 Today marks my 1 year anniversary as the Director of Electronic Medical Records and Analytics at Resolve Pain Solutions, and what a year it has been! I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and talented team across our multiple locations. I wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of the major accomplishments we've achieved together over the past year: - Successfully implemented two organizations across three states, bringing over 100 staff members and 20+ providers onto our EMR system. - Launched an in-house lab company and seamlessly integrated it with our EMR system, enhancing our care delivery. - Rolled out an Enterprise Analytics Dashboard, providing our teams with powerful data insights to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. - Partnered with our Director of Marketing to boost our Google reviews by 50%, raising our overall rating from 4.1 to 4.5, and achieving a remarkable NPS score of 84! These milestones would not have been possible without the hard work and collaboration of everyone at Resolve Pain Solutions.
