    This week I joined spa and wellness leaders from properties around the world in Colorado Springs. The week kicked off with an Après Ski-themed dinner that ResortPass sponsored for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts spa directors, and continued at ISPA - International SPA Association. It’s been so energizing to hear over and over again what a massive opportunity there is to bring new day guests to hotel & resort spas. Some of my favorite (there were many!) moments from the this week: -Grabbing lunch with Jessica Shea and Erica Burgwald, PMP from Hilton, who always remind me of what a true partnership looks like: collaborative, innovative, and always reaching for new opportunities -Hearing from partners such as Ashlee Marie Verbruggen at the Mandarin Oriental in Miami about how much she loves working with Harrison Thomas, our business development lead for Florida. I’m grateful to have a team that prioritizes building relationships because that is the foundation for creating 5-star day guest experiences -Jumping on (fake) snowmobiles with the Four Seasons team Hotel spas often go underutilized. But at the same time, there is a huge amount of people who crave more opportunities to relax and recharge. That’s what makes building a business like ResortPass so exciting - it truly is a shared success for everyone. As I head back to New York, I’m even more fired up about the partnerships that we continue to forge with the best spa and wellness properties in the world. Time for all of us to go relax more!

  • Come behind the scenes of our latest campaign that targeted cruise travelers with Yasamin Vieth, our Director of Integrated Marketing. At ResortPass, mid-October through mid-March is considered “traveler season”. That’s because the majority of bookings for day access are made by people who are from out of town, rather than locals looking for daycations in their own backyard. To develop a winning traveler season campaign, Yasamin (“Yaz”) dug deeper into this trend and found that: - 20% of traveler behavior is international - 26% of travelers who used ResortPass did so before, during, or after a cruise - Over half of travelers booked their cruise stopover in Aruba, Puerto Vallarta, or the Bahamas “We wanted to make sure cruise-goers knew that ResortPass is the perfect cruise upgrade. We make it easy to figure out how to maximize your leisure time whether during a cruise stopover or during your disembarkation time and late flight,” says Yaz. “This campaign showed how using ResortPass on a cruise allows guests to get the most out of their vacation." Yaz worked with our marketing team to develop a strategy to meet cruise travelers exactly where they are - literally. It included: - Targeted Uber ads from South Florida airports to cruise ports - Eye-catching OOH advertising at the Bahamas cruise terminal - Brand ambassadors to engage directly with passengers - Advertising on booking sites “We partnered with talented creative director Brian Powers whose goal was to break the mold and stand out from the typical ‘travel wallpaper.’ His approach was intentionally bold, and incorporated vibrant colors and characters that stop you mid-scroll,” Yaz explains. The campaign kicked off in mid-December and remains live right now. “A big highlight from this campaign was hearing from our Uber reps on how our creative continues to beat industry benchmarks WoW for engagement,” Yaz reflected recently.     🌞 What a refreshing and invigorating way to kick off 2025! I had the pleasure of traveling to sunny Phoenix to visit our ResortPass partners, and what an experience it was! 🌴🏨 As someone who usually works remotely, stepping out of the home office and visiting the luxurious properties in person was truly eye-opening. Not only did I get to see the incredible resorts up close, but I also had the opportunity to connect with our partners and my teammate Samantha Duran face-to-face. The value of in-person connections simply can’t be overstated! 🤝 It was amazing to see ResortPass in action, providing day access to resort pools and spa amenities for guests seeking a taste of the resort life.
