Friendly follow up to see if you had a chance to see the flyer?” “Just bumping this up to top of your inbox” MY LEAST FAV APPROACH EVER. Are you that guy/girl that sends something like ^^^^ after you share info on a vacancy? There is one thing you can do that takes less time than writing these crappy emails and will actually work. Step 1 - download a tool like Loom, Vidyard, etc. Step 2 - pull up the flyer/brochure and start the screen share + webcam Step 3 - describe what about the space is valuable to that particular prospect COMBINED with a little about yourself “This is Tyler! Just putting a face to the name and by the way I love your shaken cappicinos from the S Tampa location + the nugget(s)” (Ex: we have a Publix grocery anchored bringing in tons of high income potential customers for your boutique or there is a new hospital being built across the street that will bring tons of morning traffic for your coffee shop) Step 4 - embed it in an email, text message, or facebook message instead of that crappy bumping to inbox.
