I have successfully closed bank owned properties for Fannie Mae, 24 Asset Management, Eastern Savings Bank, Bank of America, FirstfidelityREO and Homecomings Financial. Our strength in this current market is effective negotiations with lenders concerning the listing and selling of bank owned properties, whether REO or by short sales. Our list of bank representatives is national in scope. I conduct foreclosure prevention seminars in Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach and Fort Pierce, Florida, all in connection with Consumer Credit Counseling Services. Further, I host a weekly radio show which focuses on the real estate trends in our community. We educate and assist listeners in making intelligent real estate decisions allowing them to navigate today’s complex and evolving real estate market.
