Catalog Feed Issues 📊: There are currently some glitches in Meta, Instagram, and TikTok regarding catalog feeds. Some catalogs may be showing up on different pages, so be sure to check the back end of your Ads Manager and ensure everything is running smoothly. This is VERY difficult to find. You have to click "see all optimizations" and make sure there is no preview of your ad with someone else's catalog underneath of it. 2. November Promotions 🦃🛍️: As we wrap up October, let’s maximize those car deals for month-end! Looking ahead to November, it’s time to start planning your Black Friday and Thanksgiving promotions. Consider hosting events like our client’s “Buy 1, Drive 2” event, or get creative with special giveaways and even a holiday photo booth at your dealership. The possibilities are endless! 3. Insights from 20 Group Meetings 🚗: I've been participating in several 20 group meetings for manufacturers like Honda, Ford, and Chrysler, and I want to share some common social media mistakes to avoid: - Traffic Ads vs. Conversion Ads: Remember, traffic ads are just that—they drive visitors to your website. If you want to generate conversions (like leads), be sure to request conversion ads from your marketing agency. - Lead Qualification: When handling leads from social media, train your sales team to focus on digital pre-qualifying before jumping straight to asking for test drives. Ask questions like: *What do you plan to use the vehicle for?* or *What made you reach out to us?* Understanding the customer's motivations can help tailor your approach. 3.
